All orders are shipped through our authorized logistics partner, SMSA Express, to ensure reliable and secure delivery.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within the Kingdom of Bahrain and to selected GCC countries. Shipping availability may vary depending on courier serviceability.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

Bahrain: 1–3 business days
GCC Countries: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, remote locations, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Fees

Shipping charges are calculated based on the actual weight or volumetric weight of the shipment, whichever is greater.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for eligible locations. Additional service fees may apply.

Customs, Duties & VAT

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or other regulatory fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise.

Shipment Insurance & Liability

Unless shipment insurance is requested, the courier’s liability for loss or damage is limited to the lower of USD 100 or the declared value of the goods.

Undeliverable Shipments

If a shipment cannot be delivered due to incorrect address, refusal, or failure to pay required charges, the order may be returned. Return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery details. Smart Home Zone is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping information.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for shipping delays caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, customs delays, transportation disruptions, or governmental actions.
